While we happen to be good with computers, we have always had a passion for small business too. We enjoy working with entrepreneurs and learning about the individualized technology needs of their companies. Our goal is to offer customized solutions for our clients, a concept that was largely behind our name which means “solutions from the beginning.”

As our business matured, we came to learn that what we were putting into practice was a truly unique company that provided relationship-focused IT support. We work with everyone your on staff, from the CEO to the front desk (you know… the other CEO). With our customer support model, we are able to be proactive and consultative. As a trusted advisor, we actively build a platform for our customer’s success.

Fast-forward to today and you’ll find that we have a bit of a rebellious streak to our company. We’re the first to say that we’re not a fit for everyone. We’re not the cheapest and we don’t compromise on the quality of our services to cut cost. Because we value our partnerships with our customers, we don’t do hourly work.
