We specialize in working with companies that are small to mid-sized, typically 3 – 75 users. Some managed IT support companies often agree to work with anyone and everyone. Which is fine until you realize that, as their smallest client, you aren’t getting the support you need. As an alternative we focus our attention on individual users. Our pricing is based on the number of users in your office so our costs scale down nicely, even for small offices.

Every customer we support has two assigned technicians. These are the techs who you’ll see during onsite visits but you can also reach them via text, e-mail or phone during business hours every week. It is important that our techs know the people, systems and businesses that they support.

We are proving that managed IT support can be done for a true flat monthly fee. We would rather keep invoicing simple and spend our time helping customers. Even large server projects and office moves are included in the monthly flat-rate once a client is established. We stand by our commitment to you.

Our most popular plan, Onset Complete, includes weekly site visits from a technician. We check-in with staff taking care of any IT to-dos and make sure everything in the server room is running optimally too. For our customers that don’t need a weekly visit, we come onsite whenever necessary without charging unexpected fees.

The major difference between us and our competitors is our service agreement. As you’d expect, it covers all of the basics like what work we will do for your company. What sets it apart is that it is truly a month-to-month contract. We don’t lock our customers into long term contracts. If for any reason you feel that Onset Solutions isn’t the best IT support company around, then you should be able to work with a different company.
