Onset Solutions offers creative website design services that are custom-tailored to your specifications.  For all of our sites, we utilize Joomla!, an open-source Content Management System (CMS).  By using Joomla!, we are able to focus our efforts on the technical and creative part of the design process, while allowing you to modify your website content at your leisure.

How the design process work?

  • We will provide you with an intake questionnaire, which will help us explore and collaborate on what your future website will look like.
Once completed, we will schedule an on-site design meeting.  During this, we will review the completed intake questionnaire in detail, and will also carefully review the websites that you identified liking and disliking.  By the end of the meeting, we should have a sound understanding of your project and we will also be able to mutually identify whether or not we are a good fit for your project.
  • Assuming that we're good to go, we will begin the process of designing your company's new website.  If you don't have a domain name or an existing website, we'll make sure that everything gets lined up!
  • If you already have a site, we'll do our work in a development environment so that we don't have to disturb your existing site until we're ready to launch.
  • The development process will typically consist of three rough drafts and a final draft, though this may be extended on larger projects.  Once the "look and feel" is agreed upon, we'll add the content that you've provided.
Once we agree that the site is ready to bring online, we'll offer your staff a brief training on how to make changes to the site and will then bring the site online.  At this point, the project becomes billable.

Pricing

  • All sites are priced on a flat-rate basis and price is discussed at the conclusion of the first on-site consultation meeting.  Basic sites can start at $750, while premium sites can scale higher, based on the level of design work required.  This includes all design work, hosting setup and just about anything else required to get your new website online.
