Since we offer all of our services on a Flat Rate basis, we share a larger percentage of “risk” than what you might find with a typical Information Technology service provider. Our goal is to minimize our mutual risk by bringing your computer network systems to a point of “stabilization” as quickly as possible. Once stabilized, we continue to minimize risk by providing ongoing maintenance and growth services for the life of the relationship.

Onset Solutions guarantees that our services will be performed to the satisfaction of our customers. Because of this, there are no term commitments on our agreements and service can be cancelled at any time. We feel that if our customer perceives value from our partnership, they will want to continue to do so. If at any time, the perception of value is lost, then the customer should have the opportunity to meet their needs elsewhere without hassle.
